The use of this website (hereinafter: the “Website” or “EXYPIRETO”) is governed by these Terms of Use. By accessing and/or using the Website, the visitor/user (hereinafter: the “user” or “you”) is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should not use the Website.
The Municipality of Athens reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The date of the latest update will be indicated in the header. Users are encouraged to review the Terms of Use regularly.
- Contracting Parties and Purpose of the Platform
The website www.exypireto.gr is operated and maintained by the Municipality of Athens (hereinafter: the “Authority”).
The “EXYPIRETO” online platform is a tool for:
- recording and presenting social programs and services offered in Athens by public bodies and non-governmental organizations,
- informing and referring citizens to relevant facilities and services.
The platform is addressed to the general public and provides information about facilities and services.
It does not provide electronic submission of requests, user accounts, or e-government services, unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific sections.
- General Terms of Use
The Website may be used exclusively for information purposes and for searching social programs and services, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
The Authority reserves the right, at its sole discretion:
- to modify, suspend, or discontinue the operation of all or part of the Website,
- to modify the content, structure, and/or functionalities of the Website,
at any time and without prior notice to users.
The Authority may refuse or restrict access to the Website if a violation of these Terms or applicable law is identified.
- Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content of the Website (including indicatively: texts, facility descriptions, logos, graphics, images, user interface, files, software code) is protected by intellectual and industrial property law and is the property of the Authority and/or third-party rights holders with whom the Authority has entered into the necessary license agreements.
The user is entitled to use the content solely for personal, non-commercial use and only to the extent necessary for their information.
Without prior written permission from the Authority or the respective rights holder, it is prohibited to:
- reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transfer, sell, translate, or otherwise exploit the content,
- incorporate the content into another database or website for commercial purposes.
Any use of third-party trademarks or logos on the Website is solely for informational purposes and does not imply commercial exploitation by the Authority.

The Authority does not provide legal, medical, social, or other professional advice through the Website. Users should consult the competent services or professionals.
- Use of the Website by the User
The user is obliged to use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Indicatively and not exhaustively, the user agrees that they will not:

- violates Greek or EU law,

- prevents or hinders other users from using the Website.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to:
- systems, infrastructure, or administrative accounts of the Website,

Any dispute arising in relation to the use of the Website that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
